We repair gas and electric ovens across Dallas–Fort Worth, wall ovens included. The service call is $150 and it’s waived with the repair. Parts and labor carry a 90-day warranty.

Problems we fix, and the usual causes

Won’t heat at all. On electric ovens, the bake element or a relay on the board. On gas, a weak oven igniter that never opens the gas valve.
Heats, but slow or uneven. A tired igniter, a failing temperature sensor, or a convection fan that quit.
Burns everything on the bottom. Sensor reading low, or the bake element running when it shouldn’t.
Door stuck locked after self-clean. The door lock motor or switch. Self-clean heat is hard on these and on the control board.
Display dead or flickering. Control board, a blown thermal fuse, or a loose connection.
Broiler doesn’t work. Broil element on electric models, broil igniter on gas.

Check that the oven isn’t set to a delay-start or Sabbath mode, and that the breaker hasn’t tripped. An electric oven needs both legs of a 240-volt breaker. If the display works but the oven won’t heat, that’s one for us. See oven not heating.

Call or text (469) 451-0268, or book online. On wall ovens the model tag is usually on the frame when you open the door. On ranges, check behind the drawer.
A factory-trained tech comes out and finds the cause.
Go ahead with the repair and the $150 service call is waived.
The repair is covered for 90 days, parts and labor.

Repair or replace?

Elements, igniters, sensors and door locks are normal repairs. Wall ovens are expensive to replace and the cabinet cutout has to match, so fixing them usually makes more sense than people expect.

Oven repair FAQ

Should I run self-clean before you come?

No. Self-clean runs very hot and is one of the most common reasons a control board or door lock fails. Wipe it out by hand instead.

Do you repair wall ovens and double ovens?

Yes, gas and electric, including convection models.

My oven is off by 25 degrees. Is that worth a visit?

Many ovens let you adjust the temperature offset from the control panel. Check your manual first. If it drifts a lot or keeps changing, the sensor or igniter is usually the cause.

How much is a service call?

$150. If you go ahead with the repair, we waive it, so you only pay for the repair.

Is the repair guaranteed?

Yes. Parts and labor are covered for 90 days.
