How Our Pricing Works

The service call is $150. If you go ahead with the repair, we waive it, so you only pay for the repair.

The service call

The $150 covers the trip and the time it takes a factory-trained tech to find out what’s wrong. If you go ahead with the repair, the $150 comes off. If you decide not to repair, the $150 is what you owe.

The repair

Repair cost depends on the part and how long the job takes. Swapping a dryer belt and replacing a refrigerator control board are not the same job. You decide whether to go ahead once the tech has found the problem.
