Our work in McKinney

McKinney is the Collin County seat. The historic downtown square is the heart of it, with older homes nearby and a lot of newer neighborhoods to the west and north.

The work here is the same as anywhere: refrigerators, ranges, ovens, washers, dryers and dishwashers. Some homes have an extra fridge or freezer in the garage, and Texas summers are hard on those.

We’ve been at this for more than 25 years, and our techs are factory trained. The service call is $150. Go ahead with the repair and we waive it.

Tell us the brand, the model number if you can find it, and what it’s doing.
A factory-trained tech comes out and finds the cause.
You decide. Go ahead and the $150 service call is waived, and the repair has a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

A tip from the shop: turn the ice maker off when you’re away

If you’re leaving for a while, or the ice maker has no water hooked up, turn it off. Running dry makes it buzz and can wear out the valve.
