Appliance Repair in Plano, TX
Our work in Plano
Plano is mostly in Collin County, with parts in Denton County. We come up from our shop on Ferndale Rd in northeast Dallas. Plano runs from Downtown Plano’s old brick storefronts to Legacy West on the far side.
A lot of Plano houses went up in the 1980s and ’90s, and most have been through a round or two of new appliances since. The calls are the usual ones. A fridge quits making ice. A dryer tumbles but stays cold. The dishwasher leaves water in the bottom, or the oven won’t hold temperature.
SG has been fixing appliances around Dallas–Fort Worth for more than 25 years. The service call is $150, and it’s waived when you go ahead with the repair.

Booking a Plano repair
Call or text (469) 451-0268 between 8 and 5 on a weekday, or send the request form any time. Give us the brand and model number and tell us what it’s doing. A photo of the model tag is even better.
The tech finds the problem, and then it’s your call. If you go ahead, the $150 service call comes off. The repair is covered for 90 days, parts and labor.
A tip from the shop: turn the ice maker off when you’re away
If you’re leaving for a while, or the ice maker has no water hooked up, turn it off. Running dry makes it buzz and can wear out the valve.
