Our work in Ferris

Ferris is a small town on I-45 in Ellis County, with a small part in Dallas County. It’s quiet, with older homes in town and newer ones on the edges.

Homes here range from older houses near downtown to newer subdivisions on the edges. The work is the same mix: fridges that won’t cool, dryers that won’t heat, dishwashers that won’t drain.

Our techs are factory trained, and we’ve been doing this for 25-plus years. You pay $150 for the service call, and nothing for it if you go ahead with the repair.

Booking a Ferris repair

Call or text (469) 451-0268 between 8 and 5 on a weekday, or send the request form any time. Give us the brand and model number and tell us what it’s doing. A photo of the model tag is even better.

The tech finds the problem, and then it’s your call. If you go ahead, the $150 service call comes off. The repair is covered for 90 days, parts and labor.

A tip from the shop: after a storm, check the gfci

If an appliance won’t come on after a storm or outage, check the breaker and any GFCI outlet nearby, including in the garage.
