Our work in Southlake

Southlake is mostly in Tarrant County, with parts in Denton County. Southlake is best known for Southlake Town Square. Homes are large, and the kitchens tend to be big too.

Neighborhoods here run from older subdivisions to newer builds. One day it’s a 20-year-old top-freezer fridge, the next it’s a new front-load washer with a code on the display. We fix both.

Our techs are factory trained, and we’ve been doing this for 25-plus years. You pay $150 for the service call, and nothing for it if you go ahead with the repair.

Booking a Southlake repair

Call or text (469) 451-0268 between 8 and 5 on a weekday, or send the request form any time. Give us the brand and model number and tell us what it’s doing. A photo of the model tag is even better.

The tech finds the problem, and then it’s your call. If you go ahead, the $150 service call comes off. The repair is covered for 90 days, parts and labor.

A tip from the shop: after a storm, check the gfci

If an appliance won’t come on after a storm or outage, check the breaker and any GFCI outlet nearby, including in the garage.
