Yes, we fix refrigerators in Dallas and the rest of our seven-county area. The service call is $150, waived if we do the repair. Parts and labor are covered for 90 days.
Problems we fix, and the usual causes
- Fridge warm, freezer fine. Often the evaporator fan, a damper, or a coil that iced over because a defrost part failed.
- Nothing is cold. Start relay, condenser fan or compressor. Dirty condenser coils make all of these worse.
- Water on the floor. Usually a clogged defrost drain or a cracked water line to the ice maker.
- No ice. Water inlet valve, a frozen fill tube, or the ice maker itself.
- Buzzing or clicking. A fan motor on its way out, or the start relay.
- Frost in the freezer. A torn door gasket, or the defrost heater, thermostat or timer.
Before you call, check the temperature setting and make sure food isn’t blocking the vents inside the freezer. If that’s all it was, you just saved $150. More in common refrigerator problems you can check yourself.

Repair or replace?
Most refrigerator repairs come down to one part: a fan motor, a defrost heater, a water valve, a gasket. Those are usually worth fixing. A bad compressor or a sealed-system leak on an older fridge is a different conversation, and we’ll walk you through it before you spend anything.
